Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the entire technical team, including backend, frontend, and DevOps engineers, providing technical guidance and mentorship across all levels.
- Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of all technical aspects of our software solutions, ensuring they are scalable, secure, and reliable.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, stakeholders, and other departments to ensure the technical team’s work aligns with business objectives.
- Ensure that best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing, and documentation, are consistently followed across the team.
- Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies that improve the efficiency, quality, and scalability of our products.
- Manage project timelines, allocate resources, and prioritize tasks to meet strategic goals.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, providing solutions and resolving escalations for all technical-related issues.
- Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages continuous learning, innovation, and professional growth.
- Contribute to the strategic planning of the company’s technical roadmap and architecture to support business growth.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of experience in software development, with strong expertise in backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, and AWS.
- Proven experience as a technical team lead, with a track record of managing and mentoring a multidisciplinary team of engineers.
- Extensive experience in designing and implementing RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud infrastructure.
- Strong understanding of frontend technologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to make informed decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience with database management systems and scalable architecture is required.
