Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with target audiences and drive lead generation.
  • Manage and grow OHT’s presence on social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Plan and implement swag strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the sales and go-to-market teams to support the execution of their strategies and plans.
  • Analyze and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and partners for marketing materials and event participation.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media, and email marketing.
  • Support the planning and execution of marketing events, webinars, and other promotional activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on email campaigns and social media management.
  • Strong understanding of email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and social media tools.
  • Experience in planning and executing swag strategies for brand promotion.
  • Familiarity with supporting sales and go-to-market teams in executing their plans.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to analyze marketing data and metrics to inform decision-making.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of email CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
  • Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
