Responsibilities:

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements to ensure they align with the company’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and objectives.
  • Develop detailed business process models and workflows to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and functional specifications to guide the development process.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform business strategies and product development.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment and resolve any issues.
  • Assist in the testing and validation of new systems and features to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Support the planning and execution of business analysis activities for various projects.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, with a focus on requirements gathering and process modeling.
  • Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and tools.
  • Experience in creating detailed documentation and reports.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and software development life cycles.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is a must.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights to support business decisions.
  • Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Visio, and project management software.
  • Experience with business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence) is a must.
